The breakfast is really good with a lot of choice: particularly a good mark for the pancake and its machine! Amazing! The staff is very nice either at the desk or at the restaurant (breakfast, we did not try the restaurant otherwise). The cat is nice as well! To be noticed: the efforts for the Environment (the shower,.. and you can get free public transportation to the City and in the city: bus, metro... for all your stay! Bus stop is 150m from the hotel). Shower gel and Shampoo from Rituals, if you please (Ritual of Karma)!

**A Delightful Stay at Novotel Bussigny** Having recently stayed at the 5-star Savoy Hotel in Lausanne, we were curious to see how Novotel Bussigny would compare. While both hotels welcome pets, our experience at Novotel Bussigny was uniquely enjoyable due to its warm and homely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel exudes an inviting ambiance that made our stay truly pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. One of the standout features was the hotel's design and amenities. Everything seemed within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. We were particularly impressed by the natural pool available for guests, complete with comfortable loungers, providing a perfect place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's chef and kitchen were commendable. We dined in their restaurant several evenings, enjoying the delicious and beautifully presented meals. The culinary experience was a highlight, making us look forward to our dinners at the hotel. Initially, we booked for just one night at Novotel Bussigny, but after experiencing the wonderful ambiance and excellent service, we extended our stay for an additional four nights. While the Savoy has its advantages, particularly its central location, it lacks the cozy atmosphere we found at Novotel Bussigny. One small critique is the lack of background music in the bar and restaurant, which is quite common back home. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. In summary, our stay at Novotel Bussigny was delightful. The warm atmosphere, exceptional service, well-thought-out amenities, and enjoyable dining made it a memorable experience. Spacious and comfortable room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The restaurant was no more expensive than others in the city center. Ample outdoor parking at extra cost. The staff was very attentive to all our concerns

Separatioin of the toilet and the bathroom in the room. The balcony with a nice view. The quiet location. Two comfortable chairs in the room.

I like the comfort of the hotel room and that there is a nice garden with a small pool on the back side. If you want to do your workout there is also a small gym at the first floor.

Restaurant staff was excellent. The area around the hotel was beautifull. Room was cleaned up every day.

This was my 2nd time stay in this hotel. Fast check- in and check-out procedures. Friendly service staffs. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast.

Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. The atmosphere of the whole hotel like Lobby and Restaurant was so nice and charming. Beds were comfy and the room was clean.
